AZ Events – Booking, Refund & Event Policy

1. Booking Policy

By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event through AZ Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented (printed or digital) upon arrival at the event.


2. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

AZ Events does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal circumstances

3. Event Cancellation

Refunds will only be issued in the event that an event is fully cancelled by the organizer.

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible

4. Event Changes & Postponements

If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

No refunds will be issued for postponed or rescheduled events.


5. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure the new attendee has the correct ticket information.


6. Event Participation Disclaimer

By attending an event hosted or promoted by AZ Events, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is at your own risk
  • AZ Events and event organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property

7. Code of Conduct

AZ Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:

  • Acts in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner
  • Fails to comply with venue or event rules

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
